Cleaning Supplies
We bring all the cleaning agents, supplies and tools needed for each cleaning. This includes a mop and vacuum, however, it is required you supply your own carpet vacuum if you have pets to prevent cross contamination into other homes.
Cleaning Sprays
Over the years we have found which cleaners works best for different situations. For the majority of our cleaning we use Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds, a natural, non-toxic cleaning spray. If you prefer something very specific, you are welcome to supply your own cleaning agents.
Floor Cleaning Solutions
For mopping floors we use Murphy Oil Soap or vinegar and water. If you use Bona or other specialty floor cleaning solutions, we ask that you supply your own.
Cleaning a Home With Pets
Houses with pets may take longer to clean, especially if there is a lot of pet hair in the house – on furniture, carpet, etc.
Please provide a contained safe and comfortable place for your household pets to be while your home is being serviced. We request this for your pet’s safety and ours. We do not clean pet enclosures, litter boxes, bird cages, or any other type of pet dwelling. We do not pick up pet feces, urine, or vomit. We do not spot clean carpets that have been soiled from pet accidents. Pet care is the pet owner’s responsibility. It is not part of house cleaning.
Smoking Homes
We only clean in smoke-free homes at this time. Thank you for understanding.
